National Thanksgiving: Christians Encouraged to Unite in Prayer for Ghana

Christ Apostolic Church International Holds Thanksgiving Service Ahead of National Prayers

The Christ Apostolic Church International (CACI), Dzodze Central, has held a special National Thanksgiving and Prayer Service as part of preparations for the upcoming national event. The service formed part of the church’s ongoing spiritual initiative aimed at fostering national unity and spiritual growth.

Speaking during the event, Rev. Daniel Okyere Philix, District Pastor of CACI Dzodze, emphasized that the early observance aligns with the church’s monthly “30 Days of Prayer” campaign. This month-long program, themed “Arise and Build the Kingdom of God,” focuses on dedicated intercession for the nation, the Church, and individual members.

Rev. Philix explained that the goal of the prayer initiative is to create a consistent platform for spiritual empowerment, national healing, and divine direction. He stressed the importance of collective prayer in overcoming the socio-economic and moral challenges facing Ghana today.

The National Thanksgiving and Prayer Service, which is expected to attract churches, national leaders, and citizens across the country, will serve as a time of deep reflection, renewal, and unity in faith. It will offer a unique opportunity for Ghanaians to come together in prayer, seeking God’s guidance for the nation’s future.

The CACI Dzodze Central’s early observance demonstrates its commitment to spiritual leadership and community impact. As Ghana prepares for the national event, churches like CACI are setting the pace for a united and spiritually grounded nation through proactive faith-based initiatives.

The “30 Days of Prayer” continues throughout the month, drawing participation from congregants and prayer warriors committed to building the Kingdom of God in Ghana.
